Basic registration fee includes Thursday dinner & Pumper Contest, Friday workshops, Awards Luncheon & Evening Mart, Saturday breakfast, Sanfilippo Gala (includes bus), entertainment, and meeting favor.
Early registration is $400 per ticket.
Regular registration is $430 per ticket

Each tour is a full-day tour. Please only purchase tickets for the tour you want to attend each day.

Tables are $25 each
Cancellation / Refund Policy: 100% refund less non-reversible expenses before June 27. After June 27, refunds will be based on available residual funds.

Mart Disclaimer

The Musical Box Society International, the Lake Michigan Chapter, the Automatic Musical Instrument Collectors Association and their local chapters, being non-profit organizations, cannot and do not assume responsibility for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, to any item or object offered for sale or displayed during the course of this meeting. The Society carries no insurance for this purpose and suggests that Mart participants provide their own coverage. All persons participating in the Mart do so solely at their own risk and agree to hold harmless the above organizations, the chapters, their members, and the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Hotel in the event of the loss or damage of any kind whatsoever. All mart participants are responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. Each mart participant shall, where required, collect all sales or similar taxes on any taxable transaction and shall complete and sign an acknowledgment form agreeing to comply with society guidelines concerning mart policies and tax matters. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in exclusion from the mart. (MBSI Policies & Procedures, Section XV “Meetings”, Subsection E2: Trustees 2113/98, Trustees 8/29/17)
