No mechanical music available. The Museum’s collection of folk instruments gathers over 120 objects from the region of Å»ywiec, acquired over the institution’s eighty years of existence. Taking the pride of place are instruments making up a traditional Å»ywiec highlander band, that is violins and bagpipes (dudy), and shepherd instruments such as wooden folk trumpets (trombita), horns, flutes, pipes, whistles and bird call whistles.
