Additional Notes: Painting scene - ships and people in front of church. Musical movement not original, 2 tune, 38 teeth, 1 3/4" cyl. Original F. Nicole 2 tune tune card. Clock - French 8 day with tripper to set off music twice daily. **Original oil painting on canvas w/old repairs; unsigned but marked in early pen and ink: "Environs de Bruges". Original timepiece mvmt. Lacking orig. pendulum, signed "VILLEMSENS?? A PARIS". Music tripping linkage (each hour play), replacement musical unit playing 2 airs, brass bedplate, S/N 15448 near governor.
